Bruce Gamman, Project Manager
Bruce has spent the last 30 years remodeling and constructing homes in Puget Sound. He has owned his own remodeling company and worked for a well-established firm in Bellevue. He strives to provide his clients with a stress free remodeling experience in which they can relax and enjoy the process and end product. Bruce is a native to the region, born in Everett, and has a teenage son and grown-up daughter who lives in Alaska. In his spare time Bruce likes to play tennis and run the video score board at Bothell High School during football season.
Juan De La Paz, M. Arch., Project Designer
Juan is an exceptional designer with over fifteen years of experience in the custom residential market. Juan received his Master’s Degree in Architecture in 2006 in Savannah, Georgia. While living in Savannah, he was the Design Manager for a well known custom home design company. Most recently, Juan has worked at several leading Architectural firms around the Seattle area as well as with design/build investors. What he enjoys most about architecture is taking complicated problems and designing creative solutions for his customers. He understands and enjoys the process of helping customers from the early schematic design phase through permitting and construction. Juan lives with his wife and three children in south Seattle and enjoys spending time with his family in his leisure.
Dana Welcher, Cabinet Designer
Dana has honed her professional cabinet design skills for the past ten years working in the home improvement industry. She has a passion for designing cabinets for all areas of the home and enjoys being able to apply her keen problem solving skills to ensure her clients get the best possible solutions. Dana likes to combine artistic form and functionality into her client’s spaces making them as beautiful and functional possible. In her spare time Dana likes to spend time with her family and baking.
Lynne Dillon, Interior Designer
After graduating from Park University in Kansas City, MO with a BA in Interior Design, Lynne began her professional design career in commercial design. She designed projects for Microsoft, ESPN.com, Bodyshop.com and other high tech companies before switching to her passion: residential design. Since 2001, she has worked on a wide range of residential projects – including kitchen and bath design – and enjoys helping clients make a home that is beautiful, unique and tailored to the family’s individual needs.
