Site Review Due Diligence
If your lot is undeveloped, Estate Homes will assist you to inspect, identify and assist with pre-design due diligence items regarding the site and build:
- procuring proper utilities (water, sewer, electrical, gas)
- storm water control
- special engineering including a geo-technical report or survey
- permitting requirements
- site issues including lot coverage, setbacks, access, underground utilities
Plans and Specifications
Through the Estate Homes Design, you will be provided a set of building plans and also a set of specifications and scope of work. The plan set can include foundation plans, floor plans, framing plans, elevations, sections, interior details, structural details, door and window schedules, and other pertinent information. The architectural specifications will include concrete flatwork, foundations, masonry, asphalt, framing, roofing, fencing, decks, siding and trim, exterior doors, windows, gutters and downspouts, HVAC, Insulation, drywall and fireplaces. The interior specifications and scope of work will include: interior doors and hardware, cabinets, plumbing and trim, electrical and trim, millwork, interior paint, closets, countertops, flooring, showers and glass.
